WorkSafe Coverage at Avita
If you have an approved WorkSafe claim, you are eligible to receive physiotherapy treatment at our clinic, with no out-of-pocket cost for covered services.

WorkSafe coverage at Avita applies exclusively to physiotherapy.

Initial physiotherapy assessment: Fully covered by WorkSafe
Subsequent physiotherapy treatments: Fully covered by WorkSafe, as authorized under your claim
No user fees apply for WorkSafe-approved physiotherapy visits.

Cancellations & No-Shows:
If you cancel or miss an appointment with less than 24 hours’ notice, or if WorkSafe denies payment due to claim status or authorization issues, you will be responsible for the full cost of the appointment.
