About Dianne (BComm, Master of Counselling, RCC)

Dianne Leitch CounsellingDianne's first career was in marketing and sales with IBM. She later earned a Masters degree in Counselling Psychology. She draws on her experience in the business world, her education and her life experiences (married for over 30 years and raising two children) to work with individuals and couples. Intuitively using brain science and proven psychological therapies, Dianne can help you achieve the following:

  • Increase your sense of well-being (happiness, confidence, belonging).
  • Tackle issues (big or small) that are making your life more challenging.
  • Improve the quality of your relationships.
  • Identify your values, so that your goals and relationships are a truer fit.
  • Improve your moods and live a more satisfying life.


About Mary Clare

Mary Clare BovardBScOT, Master of Counselling, RCC

Mary Clare started her career as an Occupational Therapist and later went on to earn a Masters Degree in Counselling Psychology.

Drawing upon her experience as an OT in mental health, stroke rehabilitation and geriatrics, she uses a practical approach that moves her clients forward. She helps clients discover their inner strengths and resources, and provides them with the specific tools and skills needed to manage and deal with their concerns. Her clients gain a better understanding of the issues they are facing and the changes that can be made. Mary Clare’s goal is to optimize a client’s ability to function and move forward, by developing healthy coping skills in areas such as stress management, self care, self compassion and resiliency.

Using a personalized, practical and client centered approach; Mary Clare provides counseling to individuals who are dealing with the following:

  • Anxiety/panic
  • Caregiver stress
  • Depression
  • Grief and loss
  • Low self esteem
  • Life transitions
  • Relationship issues

ICBC Patients

If you have an approved claim, you will be charged a user fee (ICBC will cover the remainder). Prior to your initial appointment, you MUST provide your claim number, adjuster’s information (name and phone number), BC Carecard, and your doctor’s referral. Failure to provide this information will result in the patient paying the standard private rate for the appointment.
