Jenessa Carriere is a Registered Acupuncturist devoted to helping patients reconnect with their health through a calm, intentional, and deeply personalized approach to care. A graduate of the Tzu Chi International College of Traditional Chinese Medicine, she combines the timeless principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine with a modern understanding of holistic wellness, creating treatments that support both the body and mind.

With a special interest in women’s health and fertility, Jenessa supports patients through every stage of life. She believes that true healing begins when the nervous system is given the space to soften, allowing the body to restore balance naturally. Her treatments are thoughtfully tailored to each individual and often incorporate complementary modalities such as fire cupping, gua sha, and ear seeding to further support the body’s innate healing process.

Her passion for wellness began long before becoming an acupuncturist. In 2016, Jenessa graduated as a Registered Holistic Nutritionist from the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition, a foundation that continues to complement her practice and inform her whole person approach to care.

Known for her warm, grounded presence, Jenessa strives to create a restorative experience where patients feel genuinely seen, heard, and supported. Her intention is not only to address symptoms, but to cultivate lasting vitality and help each individual reconnect with their innate capacity for healing.
